Based on our proprietary SAFE (State-of-the-art Acrylic Film-forming Emulsion) technology, we have developed a state-of-the-art emulsion that forms an acrylate film and is a valuable alternative to solvent-based nail polishes. The product is high-gloss, waterproof and sufficiently hard; it also dries quickly, adheres very well and lasts a long time. Only a single layer is needed to achieve this performance. Our base coat formulation with short drying time and a long-lasting effect can be effortlessly applied and permits an easy removal of water-based nail polish systems.

Our acrylic resins are clear polymers with dispersing properties. Pigments are added to the SYNTRAN® dispersants in order to produce stable pigment dispersions. The result: good colour properties and high gloss in nail polishes. In addition, they ensure that the pigments remain well-dispersed – even if only small quantities are added.

Solubilisers are used to produce clear aqueous solutions of different oils, like perfumes or essential oils of various origins. Caring components can also be incorporated into nail care formulations.

Our ready-to-use pre-dispersed pigments enable manufacturers to mix pigmented formulas right away. Thanks to the choice of different ingredients, great colour strength and excellent coverage properties can be achieved – without compromising the final properties of the film former in the nail polish, such as shine, adhesion and water resistance.
